I always wondered exactly what Heroku meant by “fast but variable performance” on their Shared Cluster DB’s Blossom and Koi.  They mean your DB calls will take anywhere between 500ms to 3500ms. Has anybody upgraded to Ronin? Does this make a huge difference?

1 week no cigarettes
I have quit smoking before but I think this time it might be for good. It has been one week and I am still going strong with little to no urges to smoke at all. This weekend I drank and was around cigarettes, but did not crack. The next two weeks I am on vacation so I will most likely have zero stress inducing factors in my life. Go team lungs.
